Shipping Information:

When you purchase from Aspen Medical Supply we have a standard fee of $7.95 for each order mailed within the United States. Shipping costs outside of the United States will cost more.Orders are sent via United States Postal Service, UPS of FedEx.

We do not ship to PO boxes. Please provide us with a street address if your billing address is a PO Box.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Aspen Medical Supply wants you to be satisfied with your products. Bathroom equipment, incontinence supplies, wound care products are NOT RETURNABLE. If you are unhappy with an item you purchased you may return it under the following conditions:

-The product must be unused and in its original packing with all the materials. Bathroom equipment, incontinence supplies, wound care products are NOT RETURNABLE) -The product must be returned in no more than 20 days from receipt. -Restocking fees: 25% restocking fee on all items. -The customer is responsible for shipping costs for returns unless the product was damaged during shipping or the incorrect item was shipped. -You should contact us if you want to return an item. -Shipping costs will not be refunded if you choose to return an item. If you choose to cancel your order after your order has been shipped, this return policy applies. You must take delivery of the purchased products and then ship back. Restocking fees will apply.

We will credit your account once we receive the items back. If you paid using a credit card, we will credit your account and if you paid using a check or money order, we will send you a check within two weeks of receiving your return.
